How to find The Bath House, 40 Crescent Gardens, Bath BA1 2NB From the M4 Leave at junction 18, take the A46 to Bath. At the first roundabout, take a RIGHT onto the A420. After about a mile take a LEFT (at the brow of a hill) and follow the this winding road to a T junction. Turn LEFT at the T junction, up a hill. You will go past Bath Racecourse on your right. Continue on this road all the way down the hill until you reach St Stephen’s Church and another T junction. Turn RIGHT at this T junction and follow the hill to the traffic lights at the bottom. Turn RIGHT at the lights and follow the road around a sharp LEFT hand bend into Queen Square. Take 3 sides of the square and exit into Charlotte Street. Follow Charlotte Street for a hundred yards until it bends around to the right at which point it starts to be called Crescent Gardens. Indicate immediately to turn right into a small access lane (there is a dead end sign) and you will find our parking at the end of the short lane at the top on the left. If you would prefer, or if all the spaces at the rear of the house are taken, there is a public car park at the rear of the house ...Charlotte Street car park. This has CCTV and flood lighting. It is a pay on exit car park. From Bristol Follow the A4 east towards Bath (well sign-posted). After travelling through Saltford you will reach a dual carriageway. At the end of the dual carriageway (before the traffic lights) take the left exit signposted Bath City Centre and continue on this road for about 1 1/2 miles. On the left hand side you will pass a large children's play area (Victoria Park) and pass a left hand turning into Marlborough Lane. Continue on the main road for another 100 yards (past a post box on the left hand side), then slow down to turn left into a small access lane. The access lane is directly opposite a right hand turning and a hairdressing salon. You will find our parking at the end of the short lane at the top on the left. If you would prefer, or if all the spaces at the rear of the house are taken, there is a public car park at the rear of the house ...Charlotte Street car park. This has CCTV and flood lighting. It is a pay on exit car park. Walking from Bath Spa Train Station 20-25 minutes walking (5 minute taxi ride) Turn left out of the station along Dorchester Street. When you reach the corner, cross the road to walk straight ahead following the river (Broad Quay) which turns into Green Park Road. Keep walking until you pass Green Park Brasserie on your left and carry on up the slope. On the corner at the traffic lights is a church where you turn left into Monmouth Place. Walk to the next junction (Upper Bristol Road) and continue straight on for about 20 metres where you'll see The Bath House on your right.

Pleasantly suprised by the room, very clean and modern with 4 poster bed and a decent size. Staff were very helpful if required but unintrusive. Only a short walk to the town centre. |

Lovely B&B. Definitely at the Luxury end. Great location - only 5 mins from the centre of Bath. Nice spacious room. Would recommend it. |
