Directions to Seaforth hotel
SEAFORTH HOTEL is realy EASY TO FIND you can get directions from our web site:- www.seaforthhotelblackpool.co.uk Alternatively......... Once you've reached the M55 via M6 & M1 etc.......... Follow M55 Motorway to its very natural end - ignore all north & south shore exits and ignore all car park signs - Just continue until the motorway ends - At the motorways natural end you will encounter a roundabout (with chrome statues) go straight across this/ahead and continue forward along a slightly elevated road...... At your next roundabout (petrol station & Motel on your left) - continue straight ahead At the next roundabout you again continue straight ahead and go under a bridge - You then pass the two Large Black Slate Statues on your right - NOTE; you can see the Stadium. LONSDALE Car park is on your left directly Opposite the stadium - The car park on your left has a yellow head restriction at the entrance - Lonsdale road (and Seaforth Hotel) is straight through this car park and out the other side. Note; if you miss the car park and pass the stadium you'll come to another roundabout. You've gone too far! - turn at this roundabout and come back on yourself

Unfortunately, the owners forgot we were arriving so it was very difficult to get in the dry as the door was locked for sometime! The room was advertised as a double but the bed was 3/4 sized and rock hard. The room was tiny, approximately a foot of floor space around the bed. The bathroom smelt of damp and the shower was a mere trickle. |

Hotel was easy to get to and car parking close by with a cost of £7 for 24 hours. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The room however was advertised as a large room with 4 poster bed. We found this room was small and would therefore dread to think of staying in there standard rooms. The shower room was very small and needed updating. Breakfast was nice. We did not feel this was 4* accommodation as advertised therefore £60 for a double room for the night was overpriced. |
