Directions to The Elgin Hotel
Travelling from north and south head for the Forth Road Bridge. At Junction 1 on the M90 come off and head through Rosyth on the A985 heading in the direction of Kincardine Bridge. On exiting Rosyth there will be signposting for Limekilns/Charlestown. Follow the road through Limekilns and the hotel is at the top of the cobble hill in Charlestown. Travelling from the west and coming off Kincardine Bridge follow the A985 towards Forth Road Bridge. Travel till you pass a village called Crombie and take the first left into road signposted Charlestown and follow the road through till you reach the hotel.

i only have one complaint about my stay at the hotel, and that was the fact that the milk in the little single pots was out of date and the kettle you had to hold down to boil. i did not use them until half past midnight and did not want to complain at the time of night. |

I had to leave to attend a course on the saturday morning and it was no trouble to have breakfast early food was excellent and the staff friendly and welcoming highy recommended |
