Despite the location, beyond reception the Hotel is very tired. It is also next to the Canary Wharf Light Rail and the room soundproofing is non existent so unless you are a very heavy sleeper you will be kept await most of the night. The rooms are pretty grim - some of the non smoking rooms smell of smoke. There are much better hotels nearby.

Ordered a double bedroom for my boyfriend and I who had very little time to arrive at the hotel, get ready and go out. When we got to the room, it was a twin room and we didn't have time to complain/change. The beds were uncomfortable, with cheap mattresses and SQUEEKY. The room was 27 degrees and the air conditioning unit - although on, didn't make any difference. It was just a noise in the background. The room was desperately uncomfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were cheap sachets reminiscent of a Travel Lodge. Couldn't wait to get out of the room and into the fresh, cold air... Not good, when you are supposed to be having a romantic evening with your boyfriend...

Breakfast is appaling and I would suggest just booking the room and eating out in Canary Wharf. Breakfast is self service and really not good in relation to the the quality of the hotel. The hotel is really well placed for the O2 arena and for travel into central London with the Thames Clipper a 5 minute walk away. The views from the hotel are fantastic and it is well placed for restuarants in Canary Wharf and the tube station / DLR. We were really fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room when we checked. The staff seem to ignore the do not disturb sign on the door, we were disturbed 3 times by 3 different cleaners!
