On the whole the hotel was very good. The only complaint was the beds. I was in a twin bedded room and both beds were not very comfortable and squeaked each time I turned over! I mentioned this to the owner who said he would change them.Otherwise verything else was very good. I would go and stay there again.

great Location small walk down hill to city centre easy to find!! its a nice walk back up the hill or an easy cheap taxi journey!! the breakfast was amazing and well organised the rooms where clean and beds very comfortable! Bath is truly a beautiful city and would reccommend this hotel for your stay! nothing bad to report! :) the cheapest place i found too and very very high quality!

We all enjoyed our stay very much and the hotel was very convenient for the centre of Bath and easy to find. Private off road parking was also a bonus. I would certainly stay there again. We liked the family atmosphere as well and personal touch.
