From M6 signed to Blackpool M55. Continue down the M55 until you come to a roundabout at the end of the motorway. Turn Left and at the next roundabout take the third exit onto a dual carriageway (Progress Way). Go through four sets of traffic lights, passing Blackpool Airport on the left. Over the bridge and at the next set of traffic lights turn left. This is Clifton Drive, follow this road until you come to the second set of traffic lights. Turn right. At the junction facing the pier turn left and we are on the left hand side.

good position.rooms clean and quite spacious. only down side is the fact that you have to go up and down several flighyts of stairs to reach certain rooms so if less able this would be a problem

lovely hotel really close to everything and right on the beach very clean, rooms nice and staff helpful and polite. originaly only booked for 1 night but liked hotel so much booked a further nights stay which was given to me for the same rate that laterooms had offered which was a considerable discount. kids loved the pool, sauna and games room also there was entertainment in the evenings whilst we where there which we enjoyed very much as we did not expect any overall thought hotel was excellent and we would definately go back and stay again.

It was nice to find a hotel that not only catered for families but welcomed them. Based on the experience, I hope to go back to the St Ives for a longer stay next year.
