The Hotel is situated on the Promenade mid-way between Central and South Piers. Our location is such that you may leave your car on our car park yet still be within easy walking distance of Blackpool’s main attractions. Trams and buses stop right opposite the Hotel. The railway station and Blackpool airport are both within easy reach.
Sun lounge with views overlooking the Irish Sea. 30 en-suite bedrooms, arranged on two floors with lift to all floors. Ramp at side of hotel giving easy access to main hotel entrance (N.B. The hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs indoors). Private Car Park along side of the hotel (limited spaces). Credit/Debit Card details must be provided to secure your booking. Special discount for Group Bookings and Coach Parties (confirmed coach parking if over 40 persons). Bedrooms & En-Suite Bathrooms: All our bedrooms (smoking and non-smoking), which are arranged on two floors, have private bathrooms en suite and tea-coffee making facilities and. Every bedroom also has central heating and double glazing. Some bedrooms have front sea views which overlook the Promenade (Irish Sea, there will be a small extra charge for this). UK Cancellation Insurance can be arranged if required. PLEASE NOTE: A small charge will apply for credit/debit card users.

Recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a base to sleep . The hotel was ideally situated for all major attractions. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, but easy to get lost trying to find room especially if had a wee drink or two! We were in Rms 18 which was on small side and had no view but bed was comfy which is what you want after a hectic day sightseeing and night of socialising. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked, but dont recommend evening meal, no choice, just had to take what was made, although as you had to book (& pay for) it in morning you knew what was on offer. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Julie who provided the entertainment on Saturday night, even though she had an audience of only 9 people she could have been performing to thousands.

although the room was clean and staff service good the room was extremely small for a double room and the bed was more appropriate to a single than a double
