FROM THE AIRPORT * By car: Take motorway C-32b in direction of Barcelona. Take the turn-off “Barcelona-Girona-Lleida-Tarragona-Gran Via-Ciutat Vella”. Drive into the city by an underpass in Plaza España. Once out of it move into the right hand lane. Drive on to Balmes Street and turn right and immediately right again in Ronda Universidad. Take the left side lane. The Jazz hotel is on the left and it has a little street where you can place the car while you check in. * By train and underground: take the train from the airport and get off in Sants Estacio. Then take the Line 3 underground (L3, green color) direction to Canyelles and get off in Plaça Catalunya. Find Pelai Street and walk on its right side about 300 metres until Jazz hotel. * By bus: Take the Aerobus (blue color) at the airport and get off in Plaça Universitat. Find Pelai Street and the Jazz Hotel on the left side. * By taxi: Take a taxi in the stand at the airport. The price would be around 20-25 euros depending on the traffic and the pieces of luggage. FROM FRANCE – GIRONA AIRPORT * Take motorway AP-18 and drive into Barcelona along Avenida Meridiana. Drive along Arago Street until Balmes Street and turn left. Then turn right to Ronda Universidad.

a very well placed hotel, has good style, probably done up a couple of years ago, and only showing minimal signs of wear. if you want a resonable priced hotel, well situated, then this one fits the bill.

We booked 3 nights stay at hotel jazz on 23rd September and would most definitely recommend this hotel for any stay in Barcelona! The roof top pool and terrace were an additional bonus! The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk away from major attractions and the port. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and room/housekeeping service excellent. The hotel décor is designed on a ‘boutique-style’ and the odd paint scuff on walls in the stair access can easily be forgiven! Our room, on the fourth floor, was a good size, well designed and decorated and clean. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries were an additional bonus! As morning coffee drinkers, we would recommend taking a travel kettle and cups. A great hotel!

The hotel is right on the plot. The roof top pool is excellent for relaxing after a day of sight seeing.

Excellent location. Excellent double glazing. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very helpful staff.
