An intimate, hotel located in a desirable location in South London. Located just 4 minutes walk from Norbury station, with excellent links to Croydon and Central London – you are in something of a convenient locale. Most rooms have a private bathroom, digital television and wireless internet access. Use of a multiple shared kitchen area and lounge. Equipped with fully fitted kitchen and. a washer/dryer is also on hand for guest’s use. Wireless internet access is available throughout the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Value for money, that is without question when it comes to this Hotel. Definitely a serious consideration for the 'budget beds' guests who will accept that what you get is good value for what you are paying. Dave (Manager) is a friendly person who does about everything at this Hotel, he cooks, he cleans and he manage this Hotel all by himself.

After waiting outside for 10 minuets in the rain to be let in the room I booked was not as described. A shared loo is not very nice when it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks.
The room was smelly, bed was disgusting, TV didn't work although I did get a parking space!
To round things off they don't take debit/credit cards so make sure you take cash.
I would like to vote this the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - I stay away a lot

was not told on arrival or on booking breakfast was included in the price found out on the 28th when someone called the room at 0940 and askd if we were coming down to breakfast or not , dident go as we were just up.
Would help if shown B/B included in price.
