I booked this stay to use the room the recuperate after laser eye surgery in a local clinic, and I have to say that the staff looked after me impecably, even with an improptu trip to the chemist for me! Room service was great and the food was lovely, and the view of the suspension bridge is top class, as was the food again. Overall lovely staff and a very central location for Clifton. I would definitly come again for business or pleasure. |

The room was overheated and there was no way of moderating the temperature, it wasn't even possible to open the window. |

This hotel was like something out of Fawlty Towers. The 1st room I was allocated had the hardest bed ever. I was moved and had a soft bed - but the bathroom was like something out of the 50s. Pink tiles and gold taps with a sunk jacuzzi. This hotel is overpriced - not in a great location and in need of a serious update. The breakfast in the morning was awful - just reheated. The carpark at the back was a nightmare to park in and I was offered no help with my cases. Stay away |

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, although service in the bar was unreasonably slow. Also there was a smell of sewers at times in the bar. |
