A friendly family run guesthouse situated a short flat walk to the sea front, harbour, local shops and many very good restaurants . We are ideally situated to explore Dartmoor, take coastalwalks or visit the many local attractions.
We have double, twin and family rooms, all having en-suites . All rooms are centrally heated for that winter break . We supply tea and coffee making facilities and a alarm clock so you will not miss the hearty breakfast in the morning. There is a sun terrace for you to relax and soak up the early evening sun, where smoking is permitted.
We do not take stag and hen groups to ensure your stay is made as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to ask for any infomation you require so that we can advise you where to go and what to see.
There is a private car park.
We do take pets on request.

Very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome from arriving at the hotel. Hotel is situated 15 minutes walk from the main town centre and harbour, with very pleasant surroundings. A very good short stay hotel at an affordable and comfortable budget.

the hotel was really easy to find and in easy location to torquay and paignton. we were made very welcome and made to feel at home on arrival. the hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to. we did find the room and en-suite very small but this did not ruin our short break. we would certainly return to this bed and breakfast. highly recommended.

lovely warm recption from chris and tan. Good sized claen room, with great full english in morning. Definately stay here again.

Hotel situated on main road and was easy to find with parking on site. Short walk approx 15min to main town centre. Very friendly owners Chris and Tan. Good choice of breakfast menue. Hotel good value for money
