The Penryn Guest House is situated within easy walking distance of Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the town centre and railway station. For our guests travelling by road a private car park is available. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible in our range of single, twin, double, superior twin and superior double rooms with king size beds, armchairs and occasional table. A colour television, hairdryer, clock radio, refreshment tray and comfy cushions are provided together with free WiFi facilities for guests who wish to bring along their own laptops in order to access emails and the internet from the convenience of their room.
We are committed to serving, where possible, the finest locally produced food from the Heart of England including free range eggs, delicious sausages and bacon, home made bakes, seasonal fresh fruit platter, local honey and the superb Harvest of Arden apple juice. Our vegetarian guests and those with individual dietary requirements are also well catered for.
We welcome enquiries from disabled guests and can arrange hire of electric wheelchairs, etc. Some ground floor accommodation is also available.

Penryn is situated in Alcester Road and approximately 10 minutes walk north of the Railway Station. There is a service to Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Oxford and Marylebone Stations. Junction 15 of the M40 motorway is approximately 5 miles away and the M42 motorway is 30 minutes drive for guests wishing to access the National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Airport. From Junction 15 of the M40 follow the A46 towards Stratford but ignore all signs to the town centre until you reach an island with a left turning to A422. This is the Alcester Road and the Penryn Guest House is situated one mile down this road on the corner of Brookside Road. There are two parking spaces in front of the house and several more at the back.

Loved the place.... very close to the centre of town. Freindly staff and after a short wait a quality breakfast.. so worth the weight. Nice room, very clean and well looked after. On a bad note... pre book your cab through the staff in the guest house, I love Stratford but the taxi's expensive!

Penryn was a lovely place to stay. Heather and John were the perfect hosts. They were helpful, informative and friendly. The room was nicely decorated and the food was tasty. They made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house and not just a guest house. I would recommend staying at Penryn Guest House to anybody.
