This spacious newly refurbished apartment boasts three good sized bedrooms. Located right in the heart of Edinburgh off Edinburgh's Royal Mile, it’s close to Edinburgh's most popular attractions- Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat. Surrounding the apartment is a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. This self-catering apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom and is located on the ground floor. This apartment is perfect for those looking to be in the heart of one's of Scotland’s most magical cities.Ticketed parking is available on street (max 4 hours) or 24 secure NCP car park just 5 mins away.
It comprises of 3 bedrooms (with link beds- can be made up to be either single or double beds).
Minimum two night stay over the weekends (prices charged Friday & Saturday rates) and minimum three night stay over Christmas, rugby and bank holidays.
Please note that there is only one of this apartment but there are different room types depending on the size of your group.

The apartment was really very nice, the rooms are big and very clean. my relatives from america are very impressed about the state of the apartment. However, there was no hot water the next day, other than that, i would highly recommend this apartment to my friends.

Three bedroom apartment with 10 single beds, all for £99, so good if you have a lot of people and want to stay on the cheap. Cosmetically a little tired in some of the rooms, and the apartment was double booked, however this was quite quickly resolved by the owner.

The only downside was a bit of traffic noise in the front bedroom, which overlooks the Royal Mile. But that was a small price to pay for the central location. The flat was very clean, with large, airy rooms. The heating was efficient and the kitchen well equipped. I would stay there again (though maybe not at very busy times of year - in spring, it was ideal.)
