Lovely apartment. Brilliant location for NIA - literally just opposite. Parked on road right outside for £1 (Sat 2 hours till 6pm) and free on Sunday. Would definitely stay again. Did agree with other reviewer that mattress was a bit lumpy. Otherwise perfect. |

The reception was very efficient and friendly, access and security was reassuring and the level of cleanliness and standard of furniture/fittings couldn't be faulted. The only minor gripe was the bed (room 65) with a very lumpy and uncomfortable mattress. Ended up lying on the duvet on the floor to get any sleep at all. |

I left something behind. They called me on my mobile with an hour of leaving and had someone on hand at 6pm on a Sunday night to hand it back to me. Great customer service. Thank you. |
