Room was a joke! Tiny. I can't believe they get away with calling it a single room.

Long walk from bus station if you want to avoid stairs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner good, breakfast very good. Room small but comfortable, and quiet. good value for money.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were made very welcome, the room was very good and spacious with a seating area. All staff from the owner down were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
We only breakfast in the hotel as we had already made other plans, but, i wish we had eaten there as others said the food was good. The next time we stay we will eat there.
The only thing I would like to see is plants or flowers around the bar and restaurant.
Apart from that, brilliant!!
If your going to Inverness then it is worth paying a little bit extra to stay here if you have to, as we have paid more and got less at other so called "better" hotels in the area.
