Only continental breakfast is provided at this hotel and my only criticism is that the self service area for the breakfast was not very organised with guests all over the place choosing their breakfast - with a few collisions along the way, not so good when carrying a cup of hot coffee! Apart from this both visits to the hotel have been as expected, clean and comfortable and I would definitely use the hotel again. |

Stayed at this hotel in a family room. The room was nice - all I would expect from this type of hotel. Easy to walk to the centre of Bath. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. The 'dining' area was far to small for the number of people in the hotel, the self service area was very small and had run out of cups, glasses, plates and cutlery (ie everything!) had to make own toast with only 2 toasters available for all guests. It may be better at other times, but between 8:30 and 9:30 it was very poor! |

This hotel is everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Very clean and basic rooms and breakfast included which is always an appreciated bonus. Our only problems was that they had not made up the fold out couch bed for our children and it took them forever to get the sheets and duvet covers to us so that our two small children were up 2 hours past their bed time. We had to make up the bed ourselves which was not a problem but it did take several phone calls to reception to get the linen and towels for the children brought up to us. The breakfast room was very busy the next morning but the food was fine and when we advised the staff they were out of milk they were very prompt in providing us with more. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly when asked for directions to various local attractions. We would definitely stay here again but it does lack the warmth and charm of an old fashioned B & B. |

Modern hotel within easy walking distance of the centre. My only very minor complaints are that I was taking a working break so could have done with the internet connection working properly. The breakfast needed fresher croissant, real orange juice and stronger coffee. |

Parking was inadequate leaving some without a space and others blocked in by unthoughtful parking. |
