nice hotel but used for corporate events which can mean the hotel is busy and noisy. I recommend you ask before booking if any large events are on. It really will be worth it, as the noise from fellow guests is immense. |

Shendish is aimed at golfers (weekends) and business guests (weekdays). The new extension has modern, clean well appointed rooms and the restaurant has pretentions towards Fine Dining, which it doesn't quite reach - although the prices are pretty steep. One can also eat in the bar, less expensively. Prices are high unless you can get a discount through LateRooms or similar. |
