AppleCroft Bed & Breakfast is set above the beautiful St Austell bay, close to the harbour of Charlestown. Its a wonderful place to de-stress and enjoy the cornish hospitality. Whether your holiday with us is your summer beach holiday, golfing break or winter escape you will find our stay everything you hoped for.
Whatever your reason for visiting Cornwall our hospitality and the cornish experience will capture your soul and leave you wanting to return time and time again.
AppleCroft is set 200 yards from the beautiful Carlyon bay Beach and 1mile from Charleston harbour. Close to many of Cornwalls finest tourist attractions. The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligon to name a few.
Our rooms all have a kingsize bed and ensuite or private bathroom facilities. Please see room details.

When reaching Exeter, take the main A30 Okehampton and Launceston road and follow the A30 until you come to the junction for St Austell at the roundabout take a left exit for St. Austell (approximately 1½ hours on the A30.) Turn off left towards St. Austell and follow the A391 all the way until you come to the bottom of the new road and the traffic lights. Stay in the left hand lane and turn left, follow the road up to the roundabout (landmark, The Britannia Inn) take the 2nd exit sign posted Par, Fowey and follow the road for approximately 100 yards. Turn right onto Cypress Avenue and proceed up the private road, under the railway bridge until you reach the crossroads. Very friendly and gave lots of helpful advice about nearby restaurants. In walking distance of coastal path, and Charleston Close to Carlyon bay golf course . Had a great time and would stay there again .
