Welcome to Urban House a unique place to stay.
From the outside we have the charm of a classical regency building with 200 years of history. Step through the door however and you are transported into another world, from the elegant casino lighting,the seductive black & oak wood bar, through to the honey travertine beauty of the newly created urban house retreat spa.
On top of that we aim to bring something special to Brighton, a stylish small B&B, privately owned, with a great location bang in the heart of Brighton, situated in fashionable Kemptown within sight of the sea and pier and short walk from an endless selection of different things to do. You find high street fashion, chic designer shops, Brighton famous lanes with an inexhaustible choice of bars and restaurants, galleries, exhibitions, theaters, Brighton pier , the unique Brighton Pavilion and much,much more.....

Very nice hotel. Great location - just 5 mins walk from central pier - in trendy area. My girlfriend loved the Spa and the bar and breakfast room are very cool. The room is not yet at the same standard as the above mentioned areas of the hotel with the decor and furniture being slightly tired and missing the finishing touches applied to the rest of the hotel. That said it was clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Me & my boyfriend loved this hotel. It has a great location being right on the seafront & close to brightons main attractions! The room was very small but cosy and we were treated very warmly and friendly by all members of staff. In addition the hotel was decorated very beautifully.

loved the style and location of this hotel, would go back again! Howver the beakfat could be much better.
