The Lansdowne is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast sheltering beneath the slopes of the Great Orme, and situated in its own grounds. Our large car park is adjacent to the hotel and is hidden from the road by our high walls and mature trees. We are fortunate to be within a short walking distance to the dining area of Llandudno with its many pavement café’s and restaurants, offering a variety of traditional and foreign fare. We are just a few minutes from most attractions, i.e. beach, shops and the Great Orme, with its many delights, Haulfre Gardens, Happy Valley, Ski Slope, Cable Car and the cable-hauled tram taking you gently to the Great Orme Summit. Here you will be surrounded by breathtaking views of the beautiful sea and mountains. There you will find a children’s play area, café and shop and wonderful walks........

Directions to The Lansdowne Hotel

Travel along the A55 Expressway until you pass through Colwyn Bay. Approximately 2 miles after Colwyn bay, you need to take the next exit (Junction 19) signposted for Llandudno (A470). Follow signs for Llandudno and then Town Centre, until you pass McDonalds and Asda. Follow the road around to the right and then left, in to Mostyn Street, where you will see the main shops for the town. At the roundabout turn left onto Gloddaeth Street, Straight across the next roundabout(50yds) Take the second exit point on the right into York Road(100yds) At the top of York Road(100yds) is Abbey Road. The Lansdowne is the Pink and White building on the right hand corner.

A very pleasurable stay at a quality hotel.Room was excellant for me and my family.Spacious and spotlessly clean.Couldnt fault the food.Owners were very helpful and my 3 year old boy particulally enjoyed his pack of biscuits on his pillow every day.All in all a very pleasing stay and would recomend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Llandudno, the hotel was situated perfectly, very short walking distance to the sea front, shops and restuarants. Our room was very comfy, clean and had plenty of room. The Lansdowne is a very friendly and welcoming hotel and we hope to return in the future. We would recommend staying to anyone.

Really nice friendly welcome from the owners.
Room very nice....bathrooms all recently renovated, nice fluffy towels, the chocolate on the pillow was an extra touch. Breakfast was excellent too.
Would definetly go back and recomend to others.
The only thing which i would add is that breakfast was only available 8:30-9:00....a little more flexibility would be good

Excellent hotel, only badly let down by the quality of the breakfast.
