I arrived at the hotel very late in the evening with my daughter and very stressed. The receptionist was really nice, found a record of my booking straight away and then offered me a free upgrade to a larger room which of course i took. The Orinico room was very luxurious and spacious and very clean. (Look on their website for good photos of every room.) We had fluffy bathrobes and a large tv which swivelled round from the seating area to the bed. My daughter and I were up till 3am giggling and watching tv. We had breakfast brought to our room the next morning which was delicious. When we checked out the next day the owner gave us a map and showed us where the best shops were. We would have taken advantage of the very reasonably priced beauty treatments that you could have someone do in your room if we had arrived earlier that evening. All in all a wonderful hotel which I would recommend to anyone. |
