Located just a few minute's walk from the Heathrow Express terminal at Paddington station we offer a great location, with Paddington, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater, & Queensway stations all nearby, providing easy access to all areas of London. All rooms are graciously appointed with all the amenities a customer requires of the ever demanding hotel market. With luxury fittings providing maximum comfort and convenience for all our guests, we are certain that your room will be to your satisfaction, and ensure that our high standards equate to excellent value for money. Partial refurbishment is being carried out in our hotel to meet the high standards our clientele demand and deserve. We are open as usual and the refurbishment is restricted to 2 floors in order to ensure our guest get their well deserved privacy. Payment is taken on arrival. The hotel is fully air-conditioned.

Quite impressed with the facilities in the room, as it was only small. Very good location, only a 10 minute walk to Paddington Railway Station.

Appalling. Arrived very late and very tired, was left standing with no explanation of what I was waiting for. Room was tiny which was to be expected but noise all night, banging doors, moving furniture, saggy bed. Probably got 2 hours sleep. Paid only £59.00n for this room - which was a ripoff. Apparently they expect to charge £411.00 for it!!!

I'd stay there again, as I obviously know where it is and how to find it. I wouldn't recoommend it to a friend as although very nice the double room was tiny. Car parking was a 10 minute walk away at Paddington Train station, a further £10.00 for the night. Not mentioned on their website.
