We arrived late, and as soon as we walked in we were offered a drink, which both my partner and i thought was lovely, Mandy introduced herself and showed us to our room, which as we walked in was lovely and warm... which is what we needed has it was freezing outside. We went out for something to eat and to go to the fairground, we were gone for two hrs returned to the hotel to find car had been towed away due to being illegally parked, ( which was our fault ) Mandy rang the police for us and sorted everything else out as both i and debbie didnt have a clue what to do... then it cost us £250.00 to retrieve the car the following day, we were gutted Mandy let us stay a extra nite for free... it was just what we needed and i couldnt and wont be able to thank her enought, what a lovely women she is, down to earth, and family friendly, which her family also was, to us both ( lifts here and there etc) so if your looking for a relaxed friendly atmosphere go to the Norfork we enjoyed it, had a ball and will definetly be going back... we made a friend and will be in touch im sure for a long time... thanks Mandy if you read this xxxxx

Good location, close to seafront and pleasure beach. Let down by light fitting not working and also desktop lamp faulty.

There is NO parking facility for this B&B. Car has to be parked well away from the building. Although the owner did help us find somewhere to park in a local residential area.
Room was a huge disappointment. Window didn't lock so no way of securing it against anyone using the ladder that was left leaning against the wall.
The 'en suite' room was unfinished. Raw plaster, unpainted wood, holes in the wall. The shower left much to be desired.
Carpet in the room was stained. Bedding was damp.
If payment hadn't have been already made we wouldn't have stayed. This room SHOULD NOT have been let in its present state.
The back garden area of the B&B was filthy. Broken glass, rubbish left for all to see (although the surrounding houses/B&B's gardens looked in a similar state). A terrible letdown. The picture on the web WAS NOT what we got on arrival.
The only positives were that you were given your own key so you could stay out late, and the breakfast was nice.
Although there was a long wait to get a table.
We WILL NOT be returning to Norfolk House 'Hotel'.

there were no towels or soap in the room, and a family room is a large double that they have squeezed two doubles in, there was no room to put your case so we kept having to lift it on to the bed to walk round the room.
the food however was a typical Band B breakfast which came promptly and both food and plates were hot.
