Little Roseland recently refurbished to a high standard is situated on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula "Cornwall". With breath taking views all over the Roseland this makes a perfect getaway for your Cornish break. One twin and one double both en-suite with large power showers, heated marble floors and towel rails. And one double with a spacious bathroom with a luxurious roll top bath. Guests eat breakfast in the dinning room and have the use of the sitting room. Sit on sofas watching sky or read in front of the wood burning stove, your choices are endless. Making use of our almost tropical garden is a must, enjoying a cup of tea on the swinging seat memorised by the running water of the stream, or simply catching up with the daily news in the evening sun! So much to see around us with St Mawes 10 minutes away and the church and gardens at St Just in Roseland (one of the wonders of Cornwall). From A3078 (Tregony) head towards St Mawes, stay on this road passing a garage on your left , you then come into Ruan Highlanes where you take the 2nd right signed Treworga, you will pass a red telephone box from here Little Roseland is ¾ mile follow this road for approximately 6oo meters and then take a right turn for Treworga drive into the village and you will find Little Roseland on the right just after the red letter box. It is signed Little Roseland.

Cream tea on the lawn on arrival. Friendly staff and service. The only downside was the toilet under the stairs off the dining room!

We stayed at Little Roseland for four nights in August 2007 and found it to be a great place for a short break. It is owned and run by Will and Didi, a lovely couple who take immense pride and care in running the B&B and who can’t do enough for you. Didi serves delicious muffins and a pot of tea to welcome you back to their home each day. It is located in a quiet hamlet, but it is only a short drive to the nearest pub, which serves good evening meals. The living rooms and 3 bedrooms are individual and furnished to a high standard giving it a delightful character and atmosphere. After a restful nights sleep on lovely soft pillows and beautiful bed linen, we found a good selection for breakfast and would definitely recommend the Full English. Be aware that they don’t take credit cards, so you’ll need to pay by cheque or cash. In a nutshell, Little Roseland is a charming and peaceful good quality English B&B which has a warm welcome. We would certainly recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing break away from the crowds.
