Just as promised on the website, this B&B had sea views and was literally a 2 min stroll to the sea. It was easy to find and a fair few parking spaces available on the property. It was impeccably clean and the lady who ran it was very friendly and accomodating. There was a range of breakfasts from cereals, fruit, juices and a cooked breakfast - cooked to order which you request the night before. All was very fresh. The communal areas are very clean, recently updated and very comfortable. We had a really nice room that again seemed recently updated with modern furniture, carpet & bedding. The other rooms we looked in didn't seem as updated but all were equally clean & comfortable. The only slight gripe would be the bathroom being very small (but not really that big a deal) and the fact we didn't get fresh towels on day 2 or any shower gel (but I could have taken my own!). Other than that it was perfect. For those looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly B&B within easy reach of the sea and access out of Falmouth to explore the rest of this glourious county then it's perfect. It's a good 10 minutes walk into the town centre so not so good if you're not good on your feet and want to walk in for food/drinks - but if you're fit and able or hop in a car it's not far at all. All in all I'd thoroughly recommend this accomodation. Thanks for a lovely stay. |
