Hotel was not as described and definitely NOT a 4* hotel - much improvements need to be made before the hotel achieves this standard. Will not be returning |

Hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast very good. Disappointed with the size of the room which was very small with nowhere handy to place you suitcase and the bathroom was minute with a sliding door that didn't close properly. However, excellent location when travelling to / from marylebone and Baker st. station only 2 minutes away giving easy access to everything in central london. |

Hotel very friendly, let me check in early. Couldn'thave been better located with a car park next door and main tube just at the bottom of the road. The hotel was very clean and warm and the lift was a great benefit being on the 3rd floor. Would definitely stay again. |
