FERRARI HOME

Somewhat of a mixed experience. On the one hand the room was pleasant and the location was good, being near metro and bus stops. However, the breakfast was dire, with pre-packed supermarket tiny slices of bread-substitute accompanied with tiny butter, honey and jam packs with bottled juice that sometimes had an accompanying opener, other times not. The tea and coffee were cold every morning, even after mentioning to staff. Three bells have to be rung at three different doors every time one wishes to get to the hotel. No breakfast room, so have to let staff know the time one wishes to have it and also to give them back the trays in time for their washing up person to clean. Also room has to be vacated by 10am every day otherwise it would not be cleaned that day. They also demanded payment three days from the end as the chap responsible for dealing with such things is likely to be away the day we were due to leave. All these little things soured the experience and made it less relaxing than it ought to be. Greater attention to detail will go a long way to improve their service.
