Very good Hotel. Bar food was excellent, although buffet style breakfast was poor. Staff very attentive and helpful. |

We stayed for one night while visiting Irish Open Golf. Hotel very easy to find & convenient to west side of Limerick. Parking good. Outside appearance very bleak, surprised it was open for 2 years already. Staff very friendly, maybe a little too much so in restaurant and efficient also. The room was functional but the double bed was small with a far too heavy duvet for May. The bathroom lighting was horrible( no light over mirror ). There was a cushion in the room on which something very unpleasnat had been spilt some time previously! The restaurant was pleasant but the menu very nearly dissuaded us from eating there. This was nothing to do with the content, purely the presentation which could best be described as very Naff! Decor in the main areas is nice with unusual attractive lighting. We had to open 6 heavy double doors between reception and our room |
