A family friendly hotel, a warm welcome, a fabulous resident vocalist and guitarist, a sing-a-long for all ages, a shadows tribute, a quiz, what more could you want?. A traditional bar and exclusive home cooking restaurant overlooking the Irish sea and open until late, we have it all, oh and a lie in! breakfast is served until 10.15. Cosy bedrooms en suite, TV, coffee & tea. Situated between the Tower and Pleasure beach and with parking facilities this little gem of a hotel has it all. Sorry 1 night weekend stays are only available on request and out of season.

All the staff were great.The public areas were very nice.The bar had a good choice and a very good draught Carling.Enjoyed tasty,good value meals in the front restaurant area.
Also we were given a sea view room although the weather spoiled that and the ensuite needs a makeover.The breakfast was served in the basement but the food was great.
Overall good value and very welcoming and would recommend to anyone.

Spent a fabulous weekend with 3 friends at the Charlton! Kim and Mark can't do enough for you - and we definitely recommend you have an evening meal in their bar downstairs - homemade delicious food - steak pie or the special curry a must (they'll even let you watch the Xfactor whilst you eat!) Hotel is in the most perfect location within easy walking distance of both the tower and pleasure beach and Mark and Roy's entertainment on a Friday night is top notch - they even let your slightly drunk friend get up to sing 3 times! We stayed for 3 nights, had a fab time. Kim & Mark are great and made us really welcome. The food was great value and superb. Marks band were great. The small well run hotel was a pleasure to stay in and beleive me I have stayed in some fantastic places all over the world...The Charlton is............Blackpool at its Best!! Thanks for a great weekend - see you again soon!

The hotel is well positioned and Kim and Mark made us very welcome and are so helpful the food was wonderful and despite the poor weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
