The food was superb. lovely cooked breakfasts They have a Thai restaurant in the evenings which is excellent. if you dont want Thai food , then they will accomodate all tastes. A good base for all North Wales attractions.
I am very fussy about cleanliness, this hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness.
we would go back and also reccomend with confidence.

disapointed with hotel- looked ok from outside inside reception/lounge area needed refurbished dated very 70s. Bedroom also needed re-furbished bathroom dirty with mould and dirty grout in the tiles and shower box but no showe ,stained carpet and dirty walls/ skirting . Bedroom again needed ripped out and re-done woodchip wallapaper haanging off wall at certain pints dirty light switch and phone jack and wall sockets, mish mash of old fashioned furniture in the room nothing matching includung the complimentary tea tray , again carpet firty looking with stains beds were clean. Breakfast was ample and lovely i think the owner is spending all his money on the restraunt attached to hotel it serves nice food and clean tidy restraunt, (got what i paid for) £65 pr nightt

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast and we ate in the Thai Restaurant in the Hotel for dinner, loads of choice and tastes fantastic.

The hotel room was tired and furnished with items normally found in a house clearance or charity shop. The carpet was old but not threadbare. The room was generally clean and not uncomfortable. The room had a nice sea view and tea / coffee making facilities were good. The en suite bathroom was dated but it seemed clean and there were fresh towels, but no shampoo. There is an nice bar, which is traditional. The dining room is not unpleasant, but could be improved. The personal service in this establishment is first class and the proprietor is very polite and extremely helpful. By UK standards this hotel is probably good value for money, although personally I would have been happy to pay more for a nicer room.
