The hotel was relatively easy to get to - but is MUCH closer to South Quay than Heron Quays. I would recommend telling people that, especially if they are arriving with lots of baggage & the directions to get there was a long way around. When I got there, the safe code I was given didn't work, so it was a case of getting to a phone with all my baggage to call to get this rectified. The locks to the front entry door were changed during my stay and when I got back after 11pm one evening, I found I was locked out. I had to ring every bell on the keypad until someone kindly came down to let me in. This would not have been a problem if we were a) told to remember the entry code and b) were not given front door keys. Since I had keys, I had no need to remember the code. The cleaners didn't arrive the first Friday I was there, although the pamphlet said they were due every Friday. I assumed because I had not been there for a week, they had no need to come.

A superb find, located very near the office, and just a short walk to Canary Wharf. Very quiet, very private, and very well appointed – like having your own crash-pad in town.
