Why not visit Tredegar House , set in the beautiful 90 acre (360,000 m²) Tredegar Park, is a 17th century mansion in Britain.The earliest surviving part of the building dates back to the early 1500’s. Visit Caerleon and the Roman Remains Caerleon was the site of one of Britain's three Roman Legionary Fortresses and many believe it to be the location of King Arthur's Camelot.

Road: Leave M4 Junction 28. Travel toward the A48, signposted Castleton and St. Mellons. Go through a set of traffic lights and pass the Holiday Inn Express on your right. Go straight across the roundabout. At next roundabout take the first exit left. At bottom of road you can only go right at roundabout. You are now entering Church Lane. Take immediate right turn signposted Church Lane leading to Church Crescent. We are the third house on your right, which is a large white building. Airport: Nearest airport is Cardiff, apx. 30 miles away. Please call if you would like to arrange a transfer. Railway Station: Nearest railway station is apx 3 miles away. It is next to a taxi rank, however please call if you would like to arrange a transfer.

We were all very impressed by the family friendly atmosphere and superb full welsh breakfast ! An excellent base for families wanting to stay away from Cardiff city centre.
