Directions to Derwent Lodge Hotel
From the M6 motorway, take the Penrith junction(Junction 40), and head towards Keswick on the A66 trunk road for about 15 miles. The turning for Portinscale is about 1 mile after the Keswick roundabout, so continue on the A66 until you see the turning on the left signposted to Portinscale and Grange. Continue through the village of Portinscale for about half a mile and the Derwent Lodge Hotel is situated on the right hand side of the road opposite the Derwentwater Marina.

Very nice hotel, good standard of accomodation and friendly atmosphere. Very handy as a base for exploring the lake district. Only 10 mins by car to the theatre by the lake! |

Hotel is in close waking distance to Keswich, and is set in beautiful surroundings, being able to see derwent water whilst other rooms over look the beatuiful gardens of the hotel. |
