Breakfast was fantastic. Easy to find with a sat nav but difficult to find somewhere for an evening meal. Rooms were spotlessly clean. |

The Hotel/Manor is situated in Snowdonia and is beautifully located sitting in its own grounds and having lovely spacious gardens. The hotel is absolutely stunning having decor and furnishings in traditional style in keeping with its pedigree. Our room was very confortable and spacious with a view overlooking the garden. My wife and I were made welcome by Tracy, who runs the Hotel and accompanying rental accommodation and stables together with her husband. The breakfast of traditional fare was excellent and served in a room hjaving stately ambience. The hotel does not serve dinner but there are several pubs and restaurants in the locality serving good food at reasonable prices. A lot of information was available in the room about the region and "what to do" which included several walks and horse riding. A wide selection of video films were available to play in the room free of charge. We will definitely return again and next time will plan to stay longer to better appreciate the local attractions. |

Had a little difficulty following Late Rooms directions. Extremely characterful property and decor. Tracy made us feel very welcome and the situation of the manor is very peaceful, but convenient for Conway, Llandudno, Snowdonia and National Trust properties. Breakfast very good, though an alternative to cooked would have been nice. |

Beautiful place to stay - beautiful old house set in a lovely peaceful location. Welcoming friendly hosts. Breakfast was very nice. Only complaint would be that the twin bedded room would be much better I feel without the huge knights mural on the room walls, which although is artistically very good, will not be to everyones taste. |
