Built in 1905, the charming hotel was fully renovated in 2003 and offers comfortable accommodation spread over 3 floors. This family-friendly villa comprises 12 bedrooms and 3 suites, a lobby and a breakfast room. One room also includes facilities for wheelchair users. Car parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. The hotel has a strict no-smoking policy and is therefore completely non-smoking.
This hotel is just minutes from local facilities and the beach. Affording an excellent location, the hotel is opposite Mountwise Gardens and enjoys vies of Newquay Bay. The tourist centre and train station lie around a few minutes walk from the hotel. Nearby attractions that are easily reached by either car or public transport include the Eden Project (30 minutes), Fistral Beach (2 minutes), Lands End (45 minutes), Jamie Oliver's new restaurant (10 minutes) as well as Rick Stein's new restaurant (30 minutes).
The rooms at this charming beach hotel include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a colour TV, a tea/coffee maker, ironing equipment and central heating. A double or king-size bed is provided as standard, and the rooms are carpeted. All beds have orthopaedic mattresses and feather free pillows and duvets. Travel cots are also available on request.
Sun loungers and parasols are laid out available for use on the sandy beach (for an additional fee).

There is limited car parking (free of charge) in front of the hotel. A public car park is situated next to the hotel and a long-stay car park is only minutes away.
