The hotel comprises a total of 166 rooms, of which one is a suite, spread across nine floors. The lobby area offers a reception desk manned around the clock, lift access, and a hotel safe. The air-conditioned building also features a restaurant open all day as well as two bars, one of which is exclusively for the use of guests, the other open to the general public from Thursdays to Saturdays. There is also a breakfast room and a dedicated conference floor, with the Albany Suite offering room for up to 600 persons. Room and laundry services may also be taken advantage of, and there is a car park adjacent to the hotel (charges apply).
This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, near the shops and designer boutiques. Further attractions include the Trent Bridge cricket ground, the Nottingham Races, and both County and Forest football clubs, to say nothing of the castle and Robin Hood. Guests will reach Nottingham station in about 10 minutes on foot, while the nearest links to the public transport network are only 5 minutes away. East Midlands airport lies approximately 27 km from the hotel.
The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. In addition, a direct dial telephone, a TV with pay TV, an Internet connection, tea and coffee making facilities, a trouser press, a double bed, and centrally regulated air conditioning are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the set menu, or take the à la carte option. It is also possible to book a half-board or a full board stay.

Parking is in the NCP car park adjacent to the hotel building. Guests receive a discount of 30% on the normal parking charges. After 10 p.m, guests are required to show their key cards on entry to the hotel.
