Booked a superior room via late rooms. Hotel was in a superb location for getting out and about and all the staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Room was quite small compared to other hotels ive stayed in and the bathroom could do with updating but then you dont go to London to stay in your room! Would recommed this hotel purely on its location, its right in the middle of piccadilly and leicester square so everywhere was really easy to get to. The Big Bus Tour was excellent for getting your bearings and the London Eye is a must with a highly efficient ticket sales office and fast entrance, even though there seemed to be a long queue. Would highly recommend getting express tickets in advance to attractions such as Madame Tussauds as the pay on the day queue was ridiculously long. Overall, an excellent stay with loads to do. Highly recommended. |

I was put (unasked) in a smoking room that stank of stale tobacco, where the windows could only be opened a very small amount. I had a meeting to attend, so didn't have time to complain, but otherwise I would have refused to stay in it. The hotel seemed fine in other respects, but that was a serious drawback. Rooms really ought to be aired properly before being reallocated (I speak as someone who doesn't object to a whiff of tobacco smoke, but this was a serious smog). |

For the price per night, I did expect the room to be a little more 'up-spec' but, it served its purpose!!! Good location!!! |

Slow booking in process and allocated a smoking room when I expressly requested non-smoking - bedding smelled strongly of stale tobacco. Staff not particulary sympathetic to the situation. |

Hotel was rather dark and dingy - although in a good location. As with London in general - over priced for the quality and space in rooms. |
