The hotel comprises 474 rooms set over 3 floors. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, and lifts. There is also a hairdressing salon, a bar, several cafés, and four air-conditioned à la carte restaurants. Younger guests may participate in the kids' club, which offers an activity programme. Room and laundry services (for an additional fee) round up the offerings. Parking spaces are available (charges apply).
This luxurious Spanish-themed resort covers some 160 ha and nestles along the beautiful Carlsbad coastline.
The Plaza rooms, in the centre of the resort, have one or two queen-size beds and a luxurious bathroom with a bad, shower, dressing gowns, and a hairdryer. Further fittings in the carpeted rooms include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities, ironing equipment, a hire safe, and individually regulated heating and air conditioning.
In the outdoor complex are three swimming pools, one of which is heated, and a sun terrace with parasols. The hotel also has a Jacuzzi, a sauna (charges apply), a steam room, and various treatments and massages in the spa. There are also 21 clay tennis courts, 2 golf courses, and a gym.

Resort charge: 20 US dollars per room, per night. Family plan: up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 17) in a double room sharing the existing sleeping space.
