If you wish to have a hot shower or bath in this hotel, you will be waiting. I changed rooms three times in order to get a room with hot water...in the end I gave up with a milky-watery sorry but we actually not going to do anything about it attitude. For £185 a night it is a disgrace...but I had no choice due to unavailability anywhere else. As for the noise levels....don't get me started!! |

I was under no illusion this hotel is being hugely refurbed so I am not complaining, it is a bit shabby but will be great when complete. The food however did not come as advertised the nachos should have had guacamole and mayo and cheese, instead it was a few totrtilla chips in a bowl with some melted cheese and two pots of heinz mustard and tomato sauce! Really comfy bed though, the wi-fi worked and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. |

Hotel was under going outside renovation but no work was happening during the weekend. Hotel was well presented inside, staff very informative, room was large with excellent large bathroom ( double room ), no mini bar but off licences nearby if you wanted alcohol for your room. Excellent location for theatre, covent garden and oxford street 5 min walk, my first choice to look at again when i return for another weekend. |
