How to find us From A10/A47 roundabout follow Town Centre signs onto the one-way system ( London Road). Staying in the left lane, follow brown mask symbol on road signs. Easy to find. No noise problems. Bath hot water tap almostimpossible to turn on or off. Long delay in obtaining extra pillow.

The hotel is conveniently situated to the town, however the hotel has seen better times. The room was very old fashioned and in much need of decorating

The weather was cold but the heating was not put on until 5pm and took several hours to warm the room. It was then left on all night making the room very hot. The dining room was not available for private guests, only groups. The Bistro was rather basic in its facilities.
Room 18 is in need of refurbishment and there is a shortage of useable plug sockets and mirrors. The best mirror is on the inside of the wardrobe door which cannot be opened wide enough because of the bed!
