Staff were wonderful. We had a computer issue and one of the staff helped sort this out for us. Great place to stay in a good location just outside York.

We really enjoyed this hotel,
excellent parking and the hotel arranged taxi's no Problem,
walking to the city is Not an option unless you are up for a Hike in good footware,
the room was small but excellently decorated and fitted,
a warm and friendly hotel that on weekends have weddings and events that make it lively with people,
breakfast was buffet and OK, nothing to write home about but OK,
just remenber the rooms are small.. its a York Thing when you stay in York :-)

Very easy to find. Very pleasant reception on arrival. Lots of nooks and crannies in this hotel nice to have a little explore....some lovely phots of the renovation......room service was first class, the presentation was lovely even though was just steak sandwich......very close to the designer outlet and stones throw from York centre...would recommend this hotel especially for a quiet break with your loved ones.
