Eden Apartments

All notification of cancellation must be made in writing by post, fax or email.<br />If notification is received more than 28-days prior to the arrival date, Eden Apartments will refund all payments less 25% of the Rental Charge as a cancellation fee for each apartment.<br />If notification is received more than 14-days and less than 28-days prior to the arrival date, Eden Apartments will refund all payments less 50% of the Rental Charge as a cancellation fee for each apartment.<br />If notification is received more than 7-days and less than 14-days prior to the arrival date, Eden Apartments will refund all payments less 75% of the Rental Charge as a cancellation fee for each apartment.<br />If notification is received less than 7-days prior to the arrival date, Eden Apartments will refund all payments less the full Rental Charge as a cancellation fee for each apartment.<br />If the Hirer has not paid any fees required to be paid under the terms of this agreement before cancelling the booking, the sums which Eden Apartments is entitled to be retained by the clauses above shall become immediately payable by the Hirer to Eden Apartments.<br />If the Hirer wishes to alter the booking (for example to change the dates of the Rental Period), Eden Apartments will use reasonable endeavour to comply with the Hirer's request but cannot gaurantee that they will be able to do so. In the event of Eden Apartments being able to alter the booking, they shall be entitled to charge an administration fee of 50 GBP per Apartment for the alterations.<br />Change of arrival or departure date by the client may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking at Eden Apartments discretion.
