We had a family room as we had my 8 year old grand-daughter travelling with us. The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. Very good value for money and would stay at the Boot and Shoe again. |

This is a country pub and a very nice one too. The owner was extremely friendly and the place was busy for a Monday night. The food although very basic was good and there was a fine array of wines and beers on sale. The room was ok although the bathroom was exceptionally small. One thing that was a little off putting was dogs running around in the dining area 1/2 an hour before food was due to be served. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. |
