Good Hotel with friendly staff. Food also to a good standard. We were on the 3rd floor and could still hear the band and disco from the ground floor. They didn't go on to late though. Overall a good stay. |

Really pleasant & friendly hotel and well placed for central resources. The room was well equipped and included a very useful compendium of information which covered practically everything you might need to know without needing to ask. Staff members went out of their way to be friendly always acknowledging you and breakfast choice excellent. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed was poor, thus didn't sleep well. |

I arrived about 11:30pm and was able to order a sandwich which I thought was very good service but the sandwich was not so good but I was hungry! |

We had a private function for an 80th birthday party on the evening, in the pipers suite. Half way through the evening 2 of the 3 ladies toilets were out of order and by 11.30pm ALL 3 of them!! This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. The room was nice, good value for money but their maintenance standards are appalling. |
