Had some hiccups with the appartments, the bed arangements was incorrect, but the changed our room and put in beds. Then in this room there was no TV reception so we changed again. This was the best appartment . clean and had most things. However for self catering a can opener is a must so is a toaster which was provided the second morning. The downside was that the sink blocked and took some time to clear. The 4 Appartments we saw will fit 3 people at a push but not alot of space. but we were comfortable in it. Although well fitted out all but the last did not smack me as executive. But very good value at £80 per night , very helpful staff, very courteous and freindly. It seemed a newish venture , so hopefully will improve with timein its slickness and continued good attitiude of the staff. |

The distance from the appartments to the town are a little optimistic - 0.2miles on website when it is around 1.5miles. The Hotel appartments would be great for families with the view for self catering as there are all the major appliances. |

The appartments were advertised as being adjacent to the hotel but were acually a mile down the road. The hotel kindly got a driver to take us down there on arrival but there after had to make it on foot for the 15 minute walk to breakfast each day. As we didn't have transport. Ah well it kept us fit. The apartments were very nice and the staff very friendly. The maids had even washed up some dirty cups we had left on the worktop. We wish to add this isn't a complaint. |
