NH Munchen Deutscher Kaiser

Great location for exploring the city, comfortable and modern rooms but were very small (unlike some of the other NH hotels we have stayed in previously in Europe). My major gripe with the hotel is with their customer service. Only one person was working in the hotel on a Friday night so people were having to wait around for ages to check in. Secondly, my booking was made a few weeks in advance and I specfically requested a twin room but was given a room with a double bed. There were no other twin rooms available and they would not put us up in 2 single rooms at no extra cost. Was extremely unhappy to arrive in Munich late at night to find they had mucked up our room and had to share a tiny double bed with a friend. We both didn't sleep very well that night due to situation and worrying about whether we kicked/hit each other when sleeping. They changed rooms for us for the second night after we had to ask twice for a room change. No apology was received or discount on booking pirce. Would not go back to this hotel again.
