Very unusual and quirky, but unbelievable full of clutter which was we felt, too much. Friendly owners and staff, who were helpful at providing local information and recommendations. The room was really badly designed - with the toilet next to the bed but the bath and basin near to the door, which meant negotiating a lot of furniture in the middle of the night in the dark. The room was also quite cold and a bit shabby. There was not a TV anywhere, which made life diifficult as it was an important 'match' in Paris that weekend. Definitely not suitable for families, or infirm or elderly. An experience, shall we say/Great location though for the Normandy beaches and Bayeux and very quiet |
