Ambassador Heathrow Hotel

10 Hanworth Road, Feltham

Excellent quality Hotel close to London Heathrow,Windsor,twickenham rugby ground,Kempton park and Kew Gardens. Most rooms are en-suite and the 2 that are shared bathroom share one very large bathroom on the middle floor. We have a dining room and liquor licence. All rooms are tastefully decorated and wehave managed to retain some of the atmosphere and character of the victorian property whilst upgrading the whole house to cater for todays needs. All rooms have wireless internet connection,flat screen Televisions with integrated DVD players, radio clock alarms with CD players, trouser presses, hairdryers and coffee/Tea trays and direct dial telephones.. Hotel has easy and quick access to Bedfont lakes (7 minutes away by FREE BUS where you will find SAP, CISCO and IBM. It is also VERY close to Twickenham rugby ground and KEMPTON PARK RACECOURSE with journey times of just 6 minutes by train from the end of the road.

From the M25. Off at Junction 15 and on to the M4. Head Eastbound on the M4 and come off at junction 3. Get onto the A312 toward Heathrow/Hampton/Feltham. Travel approx 3.5 miles until you come to the crossroads with the A244. Turn right onto the A244 and drive along the road until you pass the St Giles Hotel on your left- up and over the bridge and down to the traffic lights- take a sharp left turn at the traffic lights and you are now on to the hanworth road- drive down the road until you see number 10- The Ambassador on your right hand side.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the embassador,owner very polite and good fun.we were heading for twickenham to watch england v australia,great location-only 2 stops from feltham.homely atmosphere- would go back again-lovely full english!

Good clean room with good facilities - nice hot shower, easy to use TV etc (only five channels but that is not a problem for me). It was very good to be able to use the free wi-fi - a bit slow sometimes but very easy to access otherwise. The area is not very well supplied with reasonable restaurants though there are some in the High street area. I would stay here again, but for longer stays the room size and surrounding area is not that appealing.

Beds were really comfortable and breakfast plentiful. But the niceties were missing, such as soap etc and the room was very oddly laid out with mismatch furniture. If you need a bed and nothing more this is OK.

We only stayed here one night on our way home to New Zealand, as it is close to Heathrow and also close to many food outlets. The room was excellent, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast the next day was top quality. Thanks for the service we will be back again when next in England, and will refer this hotel to any of our friends.

A good small hotel. Personal and friendly. Very good breakfast. Rooms in the back are quieter. Rooms in the front can suffer from road noise.
