The food from room service was lovely and quite cheap. the staff in reseption seemed to busy to be friendly or very helpful. There was very little information in the room about the hotels services and facilitys. The only way to access this was through the tv which didn't have much info there eithier, and it was only by chance that i found it. The feedback form in the room was already filled out by a pevious person (personal details on the form) obviously not collected during the room being cleaned and the bin was still dirty.
Sugestion
* Some sort of a compodium in the room explaining the hotels facilitys and how to access them (so you don't have to keep anoying reception)
* Re-evaluation of the cleaning routine.
* Coustmer service training for the reception staff. A smile goes a long way especially after a flight.
* Look at the price youi are charging when this is the service.
All in all i did enjoy my stay the bed was comfotable and the hotel has a lot of potential.
good luck.

I love the Arora Hotels. Simply put, Arora has the most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I've ever used in London. Their sleep systems are called "Cloud Nine" or something similar. Simply scrumptious! I would rather stay at an Arora at Heathrow and endure the tube ride into London for shopping and sight seeing simply because the beds are so fantastic. Since I am now pretty much retired I can't always secure a room on my budget at an Arora but when I do - I'm never disappointed. The rooms are always squeaky clean, extremely well appointed and quietly elegant even though not over large. Reception and room service staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. My favorite property is the Arora Park for its smaller size, its lobby, its shuttle service and its restaurant. But the Arora International Heathrow boasts super staff and I believe the rooms are slightly larger. By the way, the cheap local bus picks up and puts down right in front of the AIH which is convenient enough yet I wish the timing between buses were as close as the Hotel Hoppa buses which serve the majority of Heathrow hotels. In my mind the Arora Park's restaurant is more exciting menu-wise and more cost efficient than Arora International's. The staff at each restaurant are super. The only gripe I have about the Arora is one I have with many hotels - internet access is so inexpensive yet necessary today and wireless is so prevalent - that complimentary wireless internet access should be standard. The day when web access is a significant expense to hoteliers or a luxury to business folk is over.

Difficult to get to with public transport. I tried to get the Hotel Hoppa bus, but this hotel is not listed on the airport signage as being served by this bus. I had to get a taxi from T3 and this cost £10.40. I later discovered that there is a London Transport Bus that stops outside the hotel.
