This hotel was fantastic for Manchester airport, a real little find! Big rooms, plenty of parking and real value for money. Will definitely use this hotel again. +++++++++++++++ |

I had no cutains in my hotel room - they had fallen down and were left on top of the wardrobe. i reported this to staff 3 times who said they would fix it. On checking out there wasnt anyone on the desk (and checking in for that matter). I spoke to the guy on the bar who laughed at me when i said i wanted to make a complaint. |

On arrival, extremely loud music in reception/bar area. Unable to gain access to room at night as outside key dot not open door. Unable to obtain breakfast on Sunday morning, as no staff to be found. |
